Continental Teves's Brake Division (formerly ITT Automotive)
sought PMG's expertise in developing and managing a mobile exhibit
in 1998 in conjunction with the giant automotive supplier's
national safety campaign called Drive Safer America!,focusing on
its anti-lock braking systems.
As its industry technology has evolved, Continental Teves has
asked PMG to assist in rebadging the mobile exhibit and its
safe-driving message in 2004. Supported by a public relations
effort, the Safely There Tour travels coast to coast as a
custom-designed, 53' expandable state-of-the-art exhibit trailer
featuring a six-seat multi-axis motion simulator with 82-inch
screen, as well as interactive exhibits educating consumers on
advancing safety technologies like electronic stability control
(ESC).
Geared for consumer audiences and safety organizations, the
exhibit appears at a wide range of spectator events and conferences
to promote public awareness of safe driving techniques and
technologies. An experienced event marketing team travels with
the display to oversee Continental Teves's brand marketing and
consumer education program.
